Critical Election upon us – What’s at stake? What’s at stake in the City of San Antonio Mayoral Runoff Election? This election is so critical that life, liberty, and your pursuit of happiness are at risk! There was recently a video released of incumbent Mayor Ron Nirenberg’s wife, Erika Prosper Nirenberg, berating and belittling her husband’s runoff opponent as a Con Artist many times in one speech. This is perplexing to see the incumbent candidate and his wife go so low to win re-election. This kind of terrible behavior merits asking the question, “Who is the con artist?” This edited video shortens time between the verbal attacks of Erika Prosper Nirenberg on Greg Brockhouse to expose how many times she belittles her husband’s opponent. What First Lady of SA behaves with so little decorum? The Mayor’s Office must be above this kind of pettiness. Where is the dignity? Might this be another case of projection? Where is the Compassionate Charter when you need it? This kind of behavior IS sadly consistent with Ron Nirenberg’s own petty behavior with anyone who disagrees with his progressive way. It’s time to show Ron the same door out of San Antonio from where he came. He’s not from here and his bad behavior exposes it. Isn’t it ironic that that is his way of being and one of his first priorities in SA as Mayor is to pass a Compassionate Charter Ordinance. Only bad behaving, non-San Antonian, ideological progressives compel San Antonio residents to an already unwritten compassionate way of living as it is part of our heritage. That is the very (Christian) heritage that Ron is trying to eradicate and then have the government mandate a false “compassion” that the Judeo-Christian Texans live because of their faith & family history. |
Let’s take a look at the “compassion” of Ron Since he was elected first as D8 Councilman and then as Mayor Of SA, Ron Nirenberg: • has sought out and been endorsed by the radical anti-religious freedom Stonewall Democrats • voted for the NDO which mandates special class protections for unhealthy behaviors & lifestyles in 2013 that has no religious freedom exemption • was 1 of 4 people integral to ‘Planned Parenthood’ South Texas getting to move to 2140 Babcock in District 8 even though they had 5 objective zoning law violations in 2015 • violated the Open Meetings Act in April 2015 shouting in an Executive Session that an abortion procedure is just like LASIK eye surgery and that PPST had a right to have their abortion facility adjacent to an established residential neighborhood • received the most campaign contributions from the top 50 ‘Planned Parenthood’ donors in 2015 • has promoted the “PP” abortion business • voted to remove historical monuments and the Christmas tree from Alamo Plaza • made sure the Republican National Convention wouldn’t be coming to SA as the Republican party platform stands firmly for life, marriage, family and freedom, a decision which also denied taxpayers a better return on investment / ROI on the millions of dollars taxpayers were obliged to invest in the SA Henry B. Gonzales Convetion Center • voted for the chemical sterilization of impoverished teen girls who qualify for Medicaid and who are “at risk”. . . of sexual abuse in the Medicaid 1115 Waiver Program, called the “Adolescent Healthcare Ordinance”, in 2014 and 2017 • attended as Mayor his mentor, Julian Castro’s partisan Presidential Campaign Kickoff as a Democrat • made sure that the licensed abortionist Chichi Junda Woo, former PPST medical director, became the Local Public Health Authority, a position which is like a local Surgeon General, in 2018 • pushed for her appointment in in 2015 but lost under Mayor Ivy Taylor and Councilman Mike Gallagher • gave and voted for Google Fiber Hut invasion of public parks in SA without a City approved permit that even CPS & SAWS are required to obtain before going into a Park and especially before building a hut in one in 2016-2017 • gave unwarranted, unnecessary tax breaks to big government contractors and business that already wanted to build and do business in SA costing taxpayers untold millions of dollars in tax revenue • passed a known and forewarned unconstitutional government mandated paid sick leave • voted to re-imagine the Alamo which includes moving the cenotaph in 2019 • voted against Property Tax Relief for SA home owners, yet voted for the mitigation fund to increase the size & scope of government control to control who gets help from displacement instead of reducing taxes and putting taxpayer money back into the hands of taxpayers • has implemented new Boards that promote unhealthy lifestyles that are promoting the expansion of the Non-Discrimination Ordinance into the private sector • gave political stump speeches as Mayor with the #GoVoteNo crowd against the restoration of City Charter’s 1951 referendum initiative that would have restored power (since 1997) to the people so citizens could respond to a bad City Council decision via petition and get it on the ballot for citizens to vote on • voted to ban Chick-Fil-A from our airport concessions because it went against his vote for the NDO, and Chick-fil-A gives to Christian organizations and the owner has deeply held religious convictions that marriage is between a man + a woman • is pushing a local “New Green Deal” called the Climate Action & Adaptation Plan aka CAAP in 2019 • has sought out and been endorsed by the anti-Religious Freedom radical stonewall democrats, and now the Texas democrats and other democrat organizations in an official “non-partisan” election • is growing the government to force socialist “compassion” on people as a disguise as it really harms people and destroys our culture. In short, vice is much like driving a car. . . when you acquire a new automobile for you, you tend to see it everywhere on the street. So the vice you tend to see is your own. So when Ron and his wife accuse Greg Brockhouse of being a “Con Artist”, does it really mean that they are seeing their own vice and are actually attempting to project it upon their opponent in desperation to do anything to win re-election? So who is the real con artist? The one who says one thing and really does another. Based on the facts above, it seems that Ron is the person who is trying to sell himself as someone he is not. He says he’s an independent, similar to a Councilman from the Northside, but the facts of what he has done are far different from the snake oil he is selling. Due to the critical nature of the situation, it is important that Ron along with the local political & business establishment need to see what it is like to be mere ordinary citizens again. Maybe during his time off the local business & establishment elites can take Ron back to Pennsylvania or to a game in the city of his favorite baseball team, the Boston Red Sox. We’ve experienced enough of this “carpet bagger” style politics that is more about rooting out God from government, making government our new “god” and removing our heritage from our community. The resident’s and their families need to come first again in SA. Taking care of them will lead to great, long-term domestic prosperity. |
FYI, you are making a difference being on the foSAFA Committee:

foSAFA’s endorsement value grows as CA Senator Dianne Feinstein tries to excoriate Jason Pulliam and prevent him from receiving US Senate approval of his Presidential Appointment based on Friends of SAFA and TLIPA support of his prior judicial candidacy. Please support our efforts to help elect candidates who are committed to protecting & promoting the family at www.FriendsOfSAFA.com. Friends of San Antonio Family Association (foSAFA), aka Texas Family Action, is a General Political Action Committee that has a mission similar to the educational non-profit, San Antonio Family Association (SAFA). foSAFA and SAFA are often referred to interchangeably, but they are separate & distinct organizations. |
