His opponent, Sandy Hughey, is a 20 year incumbent. She voted for and helped pass the “Planned Parenthood” radical SexEd curriculum on May 9, 2016. She admitted not to reading it before voting on it.
His 4-term incumbent opponent, Sandy Hughey, also voted in the DEM primary this year (2020) to support Leti Bresnahan (who was President of the NEISD BOT when the radical SexEd middle school curriculum was passed on May 9, 2016 and) who just ran as a Democrat for SBOE, Place 5. Leti is an active ppSouthTexas supporter, pushed through the radical SexEd middle school curriculum in the NEISD in 2016 and answered yes to 10 of the 12 Stonewall Democrats questions for their endorsement.
Through nepotism, Sandy Hughey’s husband has been appointed & re-appointed to the Bexar County Appraisal District Board that has exponentially raised your property taxes.
It’s time for a good change who will do what is best for student, teachers, parents and taxpayers.

pp is the same organization that has joined politically with BLM calling for the defunding of the police.
His opponent, Shannon Grona, also became the Campaign Treasurer for Former NEISD BOT President, Leti Bresnahan who just ran for the SBOE, Place 5 as a Democrat. Leti is an active ppSouthTexas supporter, pushed through the radical SexEd middle school curriculum in the NEISD in 2016 and answered yes to 10 of the 12 Stonewall Democrats questions for their endorsement. His incumbent opponent has gone along with whatever the Superintendent has wanted never voting against his request. Over 200 times since he was appointed. Never even publicly questioning the super.
