The United States Department of Heath and Human Servies does not report that “Draw The Line” is an Abstinence program. There are only 3 abstinence programs on the US HHS List – Click here.

• Making a Difference
• Promoting Health Among Teens

Per HHS, DTL is listed as “Sexuality Education” not “Abstinence”.
