COURT RULES ON CENSUS

The Supreme Court sided with the Trump administration by suspending a district court’s order allowing the 2020 census to continue through the end of the month. The administration had announced plans to finish the census by Sept. 30 in order to submit figures by Dec. 31 for the apportionment of representatives each state receives in the House.
