FEDS TO SUE TEXAS
The Biden administration is preparing to launch a lawsuit as early as today against Texas over its pro-life law protecting unborn children after six weeks. The #TexasHeartbeat Act assigned enforcement to private individuals with an incentive of $10,000 or more if they successfully sued a defendant accused of performing or aiding and abetting an abortion.
