Supreme Court Nominee – Ketanji Brown Jackson
JUDICIAL NOMINEE PRESSED ON LIFE
Republican senators pressed Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson on abortion and when life begins. Sen. John Kennedy, R-LA, asked Jackson: “When does life begin, in your opinion?” Jackson responded, “Senator, I don’t know,” and then laughed. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-SC, asked Jackson if an unborn child can feel pain at 20 weeks. Again, Jackson replied, “Senator, I don’t know.”
Ketanji Brown Jackson Claims There’s a “Right” to Kill Babies in Abortions
During her Senate confirmation hearings today, Ketanji Brown Jackson falsely claimed there is a “right” to abortion in the Constitution even though no such right exists. Jackson says Roe v. Wade is “settled law” and that women have a “right” to kill babies in abortions and she called killing babies in abortions merely a “termination of pregnancy.”
