Where’s our 1st Amendment Right in SA?

Before yesterday’s Marriage Muster, SAFA called the SAFFE unit to notify them of our “peaceful protest” at San Pedro and 410. Soon after setting up, Sgt. Michalec arrived and asked for our “Pedder’s Permit“, which is only required for sales. He threatened SAFA with a citation if we did not leave immediately.

After speaking to many confused City employees for over two hours, no one at the City of San Antonio can confirm any wrong doing. Lieutenant Hector Lopez is reviewing our information.

Being threatened of our First Amendment Right is something that SAFA takes very seriously and want San Antonio to be aware of the potential prejudices faced by those that speak the truth.
