OKLAHOMA ABORTION BAN?

Oklahoma’s House of Representatives passed the nation’s strongest protections for the unborn this week in a bill that would outlaw virtually all abortions in the state. Like the #Texas Heartbeat Bill, the new OK law would allow private citizens to sue abortion providers or anyone who helps a woman obtain an abortion in violation of the law for up to $10,000.

Mothers seeking abortions cannot be sued under the law. The bill now moves to the OK Senate, where it is expected to pass.
