Biden Admin Threatens Pharmacies

The Biden administration sent a memo late Wednesday to over 60,000 pharmacies across the country warning them that they are legally obligated under federal law to fill orders for contraceptives and abortion-causing drugs regardless of patients’ pregnancy status.

“Under federal civil rights law, pregnancy discrimination includes discrimination based on current pregnancy, past pregnancy, potential or intended pregnancy, and medical conditions related to pregnancy or childbirth,” reads the memo.
