Charlie Gard Wins a Victory, Judge Rejects Hospital’s Request to Deny New Hearing

Victory for Life and Parents Rights!

The British high court ruled against the Great Ormond Street hospital and is allowing a hearing presenting new evidence in Charlie’s case to move forward. If this new evidence is accepted, Charlie will be able to receive experimental treatment in the United States or other countries.

This is not about medical treatment and Charlie’s probability of survival. This is about the State usurping parental rights, and about doing all we can for Life.
