17 people killed in shooting at South Florida high school
On Ash Wednesday and St. Valentines Day, this horrific event took place in the desired area of Parkland, Florida.
It seems these acts of violence are becoming more and more frequent. The media and the culture are asking why these horrific events are taking place. Is it the mentally ill, the guns, the AR-15 like gun, the knife, the teachers, the lack of security at the school, etc.? No, these are symptoms of the real problem, we must get to the root of the real issue.
The truth is, it is the breakdown of morality, marriage, families, an anti-life mentality with on-demand abortion, anti-life mentality with promotion of contraception with pleasure without consequences, little respect for life, selfishness, mature topics viewed by our youth, pornography, abuse of social media, no enforced FCC penalties for adult content on television, LGBT promotion, promotion of promiscuous behavior, objectification of women, human trafficking, inappropriate sex education in schools, gender identity promotion, even businesses like Victoria’s Secret, Hooters, Call of Duty mature games, Netflix, YouTube, and the list goes on and on.
Do we still really want to know why?
Some believe we have done this to our youth, we have taught them to embrace diversification, tolerance, be non-judgmental, politically correct, not-offensive, not truthful, no respect for natural laws, accepting, inclusive, absentee parents, absentee neighbors, and virtually no relationships in our neighborhoods, and the list goes on and on.
This then manifests itself in the behaviors of youth by lack of respect for parents, teachers, elders, neighbors, police, law enforcement, armed services, civil servants, Pastors, Priests, Rabbis, businesses, and in lack of good manors by the youth.
In today’s world, it does not look as if we can even get truthful honest hard news without the political spin.
We do know why! The real question is, are we willing to fight for goodness, wholesome lifestyles, and healthy families again that welcome life, where spouses cling to each other to provide for their families?
