CNN’s Don Lemon: It’s ‘not his fault’ Jussie Smollett lost in the ‘court of public opinion’

“Innocent until proven guilty” as Jussie Smollett is arrested this morning in Chicago is what his attorney states.

He is right, in America, we are indeed presumed innocent until proven guilty, it is just too bad that the culture does not remember this when these high profile cases come up.

The #Media, in general, should remember this next time they jump to conclusions.
