Every Texan should support the Born-Alive Infant Protection Act

The #Texas Legislature is debating the #Texas #BornAliveInfantProtectionAct. Introduced by Sen. #LoisKolkhorst, R-Brenham, and Rep. #JeffLeach, R-Plano, the bill affords legal protection to infants born alive after surviving an #Abortion attempt.

It institutes #Criminal and #CivilPenalties for any #Abortionist who fails to provide them proper medical care.

In more than 15 years of elected service, I have never encountered a bill more deserving of the support of every Texan.
