In summary, we are all broken human beings, but we (Bexar County or the City of San Antonio) should not condone, promote, or propagate unhealthy choices as if they were something good and wholesome.

Exactly when did the Government change it’s position from promoting life, healthy families, and growth for its long term domestic prosperity to a culture of death with unhealthy relationships that are not natural and that lead to deprivation and despair?
