BIDEN VS. TEXAS

The Biden administration warned that it will take “immediate action if needed” to ensure that youth in Texas can get sex change treatments. The move comes after Texas took a stand to protect children from such procedures. Gov. Greg Abbott, R-TX, recently warned that “it is already against the law to subject Texas children to a wide variety of elective procedures for gender transitioning, including reassignment surgeries that can cause sterilization, mastectomies, removals of otherwise healthy body parts, and administration of puberty-blocking drugs or supraphysiologic doses of testosterone or estrogen.”
