City Council approves $2.8 billion budget for fiscal year 2019

Families benefit most by lower taxes, less government intrusion and more control over their own lives. Yet CoSA approved an enormous $2.8 Million budget for Fiscal Year 2019 that now includes housing for the first official time. It’d be good just to have good roads, drainage and public safety yet now the City is going to get distracted by another multi-year obligation in housing and previously in PreK4 education. This is not getting back to basics as the Mayor says he’s doing. There seems to be a great disconnect.
