DC Restaurant Fined for Asking Man in Women’s Restroom to Show ID

A Washington DC Bathroom dispute that may have us all concerned.

The #City of #WashingtonDC slapped a fine on a #Restaurant for asking a man to show ID in order to use a woman’s bathroom.

The city required the restaurant to post a sign that reads, “All individuals are allowed to use the restroom that corresponds to their #GenderIidentity or #Expression.”

So, if a #Perpetrator enters a women’s facility and rapes a victim, the business owner is #Liable, and if they do not let a person with a #Biological man’s body into the women’s facility, the restaurant owner is liable.

What can a business owner do in cases like this where there is no #Justice?
