Democratic Attack on Religious Freedom Restoration Act

Democrats attack religious liberty. If Democrats win control of the government, you can expect legislative attacks on religious liberty to be pursued energetically, says Wesley Smith.

He cites a bill called the “Do No Harm Act.” Authored by Rep. Joe Kennedy, III, D-MA, this legislation would gut major protections found in the 1993 Religious Freedom Restoration Act. The bill already has 120 Democratic co-sponsors.
