Rhode Island parents are expressing outrage over a Democrat-backed bill that would promote teaching children about “pleasure-based sexual relations” beginning in sixth grade.

“Teachings would recognize pleasure-based sexual relations, different sexual orientations and be inclusive of same-sex relationships,” the legislation reads.
