DOJ Sues to Stop Anti-Election Fraud Law
The Biden administration’s Department of Justice has brought a lawsuit against Arizona over the state’s law requiring residents to prove their United States citizenship in order to vote in presidential elections.
Gov. Doug Ducey, R-AZ, signed the law in March, making it harder for non-citizens to illegally vote for a presidential candidate, and also requiring voters to provide proof of address.
