Federal judge rules pregnant, undocumented teen in Texas has right to abortion access

Very sad news just released here in Texas.

A federal judge ruled today that a pregnant, undocumented teenager under federal custody in Brownsville has the right to access abortion services in Texas.

Paxton said in the release. “Texas has a legitimate and substantial interest in preserving and promoting fetal life. Texas must not become a sanctuary state for abortions.”
