Fifth Circuit Smacks Down Abortion Chain’s Attempt To Snag Catholic Bishops’ Emails

Good News: Court protects private correspondence of a private, non-profit, religious organization from the attacks of “Whole Womans Choice” Abortion Business. This abortion business has been pursuing the Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops to interrupt its attempt to protect unborn humans from being killed, protecting their mothers and granting humane burials and proving respectful burial sites for aborted babies. This is a matter of right to privacy and freedom of religion.

Whole Womans Choice is also the business that sued the state of Texas for the passage of the SB1/HB2 that was signed into law on July 17, 2013 that required abortion facilities to meet the similar standards as Ambulatory Surgical Centers and disallowed elective surgical abortions after 20 weeks of gestation/life.
