FLORIDA MOVES TO PROTECT KIDS

The Florida State Senate approved a bill Tuesday banning minors from being subjected to “gender-reassignment” surgeries, hormone therapy, or puberty blockers.

The state House and Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-FL, are expected to make the bill law.

“We have a responsibility to all of the children of Florida not to allow this to happen in our state,” said Republican state Sen. Clay Yarborough, the bill’s sponsor. “This bill will allow children to be children.”
