Duane Charles Feichtinger, 87, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. With 30 plus years of service, he retired from the USAF, serving as staff judge advocate in the JAG Corps. Devout Catholic, pro-life advocate and defender for the unborn. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo George and Emma Matilda (Oberman) Feichtinger; sisters, Aileen Veronica (Feichtinger) Stangel, Virgine Marie (Feichtinger) Germann, and Phyllis Lee (Feichtinger) Kavanaugh; brother, Kenneth Henry Feichtinger. Duane is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Gloria LaVonne (Spomer) Feichtinger; Children, Michael John Feichtinger, Diane Elizabeth (Feichtinger) Biggers, Kirk Allen Feichtinger, Mark Adams Feichtinger, LeeAnn Feichtinger, and Katherine Lynn (Feichtinger) Fetzer; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and brother, Elwood James Feichtinger The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Porter Loring McCullough.
