Judge to block Trump administration’s rules targeting Planned Parenthood

A #FederalJudge said he would #Block the #Trump administration’s rule to prevent #TitleXFamilyPlanning funding of #PlannedParenthood.

U.S. District Judge #MichaelMcShane, appointed by President #Obama, said the Trump administration’s rule is a “#HamFisted approach to #PublicHealthPolicy.”

Excuse us, your honor, we did not elect you to the bench, you were #Appointed and you cannot #Legislate from the #Bench.

Americans are now at 84% believe there needs to be severe restriction on abortion, that means the slaughterhouse #PlannedParenthood.
