JUDGES AXE GUN BAN
A three-judge panel for the Fourth Circuit Court ruled that the federal ban against 18 to 20-year-olds buying handguns is unconstitutional. Judge Julius Richardson, appointed by President Donald Trump, said that the Founding Fathers considered self-protection and community defense as the reasons for the Second Amendment. “Every militia law near the time of ratification required 18-year-olds to be part of the militia and bring their own arms,” noted Judge Richardson.
