McCarthy: Military Vax Mandating ‘Ending’

Republican leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy on Tuesday celebrated that GOP pressure had succeeded in defeating the Biden administration’s COVID-19 shot mandate for military personnel.

This year’s defense funding bill rescinds the vaccine mandate.

McCarthy said he had told President Biden that it is “time to end your COVID vaccine mandate on our military” and “rehire our service members.”
