New York Rings in New Year by Offering Gender-Neutral Birth Certificates

The issue is birth certificates.

New York City residents can now change their birth certificates to reflect a “Neutral Gender Identity.” In addition to male and female, New York City now includes a third category of “X.”

I guess that means these “Xers” don’t know or don’t care what sex they are?
