Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals lets stand $195,000 fine against pro-life activist who exposed fetal tissue sales

The liberal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals let stand a $195,000 fine against David Daleiden, the pro-life investigative journalist who exposed “Planned Parenthood’s” alleged illegal sale of baby body parts.

Daleiden has set up a Go Fund Me account.

The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) led by David Daleiden opened up America’s eyes with his investigations into the baby killing organization of planned parenthood about the illegal selling of baby body parts.

Meanwhile, Daleiden launched a Go Fund Me page Wednesday to cover the $195,000 fine, which he said Judge Orrick “unjustly” leveled in order to “try to shield his friends at Planned Parenthood from public scrutiny.”
