Number of overdoses linked to suspected bad batch of synthetic marijuana rises in New Haven

This is very bad news and something all parents and grandparents fear.

Imagine, almost 100 people overdosed on marijana within 24 hours!

I thought marijuana was just no big deal, not much different than alcohol? When was the last time you heard of almost 100 people dying from a bad batch of alcohol lately?

The progressive left would say, “see that is why marijuana needs to be legalized and regulated by the government to prevent such a catastrophe.”

Marijuana is a drug and in many cases, it is a portal to much stronger drugs. Any addict would tell you that they spend the rest of their lives trying to get the “high” from their first experience and it only leads them to more powerful dangerous drugs.

But now, apparently, the chemists have synthetic drugs and it has killed almost 100 people in New Haven Connecticut.
