On this day in SAFA’s history – 2015
The San Antonio Family Association won a great victory before the City of San Antonio’s Building-related and Fire Code Appeals and Advisory Board (BRFCAAB) 3rd Appeal on July 30, 2015.
These videos show the SAFA Signage Appeal Hearing against Planned Parenthood South Texas’ abortion facility at 2140 Babcock, San Antonio, TX 78229. The Building-Related Board made a formal recommendation to the Mayor and City Council to review the base zoning of 2140 Babcock due to the inappropriate land-use of the ambulatory surgical center (abortion center) next to a residential neighborhood.
The third video exposes an outrageous remark by City Staff, Michael Shannon, Asst. Dir. Of DSD, telling the Chairman of the Board that he won’t honor the BRFCAAB resolution or document it and that the Chairman will have to do it himself.
SAFA commemorates the anniversary on the weekday closest to July 30th.
