RELIGIOUS FREEDOM FIGHT
The Trump administration filed a brief with the Indiana Supreme Court defending the constitutional right of a Catholic high school to uphold moral standards and dismiss a teacher who did not support Church teaching on marriage and sexuality. U.S. Attorney Josh Minkler stated: “There is no more fundamental constitutional principle on the proper relationship between church and state than that the government must leave religious decisions to religious organizations.”
