San Antonio sued for excluding Chick-Fil-A from airport

The San Antonio Family Association filed the lawsuit on Thursday under the new law (SB 1978, best known as “Save Chick-fil-A bill) that prohibits the government from discriminating against anyone who donates to, affiliated with, or supports a religious organization.

The group held a press conference in front of the San Antonio’s Municipal Plaza Building to explain the reasons for filing the lawsuit.
