Despite widespread criticism from the community, the City of San Antonio is forging ahead with its misguided Climate Action and Adaptation Plan, a proposal that will increase your electricity bills and pressure San Antonians to give up their cars and trucks to buy electric vehicles — but have no impact whatsoever on the climate. The worst part? The city doesn’t even know how much it will cost!

Come to our community meeting to find out the results of our research into the cost to implement the misguided CAAP and learn about the problems with unreliable renewable energy.

Attendees can expect a run-down of the proposed plan, the reasons it won’t improve the environment, and its negative impact on San Antonio’s families, businesses, and job market. Please invite your friends and neighbors.

Speakers:
-The Honorable Jason Isaac – Senior Manager and Distinguished Fellow, Life:Powered, and former Texas state legislator
-Brent Bennett, Ph.D. – Policy Analyst, Life:Powered, and former battery engineer
-The Honorable Chuck DeVore – VP of National Initiatives, Texas Public Policy Foundation
-Rafa Bejar – Director of Outreach, Texas Public Policy Foundation
