Senator blasts Trump’s Michigan judge nominee, says he compared Catholics to KKK

Sen. Josh Hawley, R-MO, sharply questioned Michael Bogren, a Michigan lawyer nominated by President Trump to be a Federal Judge.

Bogren, who was representing the City of East Lansing, MI, compared a Catholic family’s beliefs to those of the #KKK in a legal brief.

The City prevented a Catholic family from selling at a farmer’s market because they wouldn’t host a gay “marriage” ceremony at their orchard.
