USAA Scores 100 on HRC Corporate Equality Index
In their relentless pursuit to impose a perverse lifestyle on the American public, the HRC, a LGBTQ advocacy group has rated USAA as a good place to work and HEB as a not-so-good place to work. We as defenders and protectors of the family need to fight back and realize that their scores are inversely related to the quality of the workplace we want for ourselves and for our families. We can move towards protecting a true natural way of life by supporting those who are not supported by the HRC, and by boycotting those who are supported by the HRC. The majority of Americans should use their own economic clout the same way that the LGBTQ advocates are attempting to use their economic influence.
On December 5th, the #HumanRightsCampaign (HRC) released their annual “#CorporateEqualityIndex.” The #CEI scores are based on five criteria which “align the most critical components of #LGBT workplace inclusion.” Those criteria are: 1) Non-discrimination policies; 2) Employment benefits; 3) Demonstrated organizational competency and accountability around LGBT diversity and inclusion; 4) Public commitment to #LGBTequality; 5) Responsible citizenship.
Of the six #SanAntonio companies rated by the CEI, only USAA received a perfect score of 100. On the flip side are companies like #HEB, which received a rating of 30, and Valero which received an “unofficial” rating of 20 (they did not respond to the invitation to take the CEI survey).
