Washington state OKs commercial surrogacy
Surrogacy is not regulated with no federal laws govern surrogacy and less than half of states have clear legislation on the issue.
Directly related to surrogacy is in vitro fertilization (IVF) that begins in a petri dish and ends in selective abortions of many children that are not implanted.
This new law can mistreat women and it ignores children as some kind of commodity. Every life is special, precious and unrepeatable.
The women are used as a provider on a contract like any provider. For some woman, it is hard to carry a child for nine months, give birth and walk away.
If America would simply reject abortion, we would have all the children we need for qualified heterosexual parents to adopt.
Surrogacy is a very slippery slope, in so far that there are abortion issues, financial issue, homosexual parent issues, accidental family breeding issues, divorce before birth issues, selective abortion issues, and many many more issues.
