WATCH: Beto O’Rourke Refuses to Support Law to Stop Infanticide, Care for Babies Born Alive After Abortions

Democratic presidential candidate #RobertFrances (Beto) #ORourke today refused to support a law that would stop #Infanticide and require doctors to care for babies who are born alive after failed #Abortions.

During a campaign stop, a student asked the former #Texas congressman:

“I wanted to ask you about a bill that just went to the Senate a few weeks ago. And the bill was that if an abortion was performed on a viable fetus, and the #FetusSurvived, the doctor would then be compelled to give that living baby the same care as any other pregnancy and baby that came out. Would you #Support this #Bill?”

The questioner #Specifically said this bill had nothing to do with #LimitingAbortions.

O’Rourked refuse to support the bill and immediately went to a strong #DefenseOfAbortion and allowing women to have abortions at any time through pregnancy.
