BANKING GOES WOKE?

There are worse things that corporate America is doing with its donations, like funding abortion, embryonic stem cell research, anti-marriage, and anti-family initiatives, but here is just another layer of anti-American ideology. American Express has launched critical race theory training that teaches employees that capitalism is fundamentally racist. White employees are told not to utter phrases such as “I don’t see color” and “everyone can succeed in this society if they work hard enough.”

Christopher Rufo writes: “At best, some of these training materials are divisive and patronizing; at worst, some might violate the Civil Rights Act’s prohibition against racial stereotyping and scapegoating in the workplace.”
