Biden Plans to Thwart Repeal of Roe

The Biden administration is already planning ways to thwart the outcome should the Supreme Court strike down Roe vs. Wade and other pro-abortion legal precedents, the White House said Thursday.

“The administration continues to explore every possible option in response to the anticipated Supreme Court decision,” said White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre.

“If the Supreme Court overturns Roe, we will need Congress to take action to restore Roe,” she added.
