IRS BANK REPORTING PLAN
Sen. Joe Manchin, D-WV, said the Democratic proposal to report the inflows and outflows of bank accounts that total more than $10,000 a year won’t be in the final reconciliation package. Manchin said he told Biden: “Mr. President, I don’t know what happened. This cannot happen. This is screwed up.”
