Local Business Might Lose its Alcohol License

Evil Olive might lose its Alcohol License temporarily after reportedly serving Clayton Perry fourteen (14) drinks in four (4) hours.

Clayton Perry was charged with driving while intoxicated on December 28, 2022, which was two months after police body cam footage was released showing Perry lying in his backyard after his alleged involvement in a November 6, 2022 hit-and-run with a Honda Civic and his Jeep Wrangler at a traffic light. He posted $1,000 bond and was released on the same day.
