Matter of Time Before the Biden Administration Found a Judge to Overturn the Texas Heartbeat Law
It was just a matter of time before the Biden Administration shopped enough to find a judge to overturn the Texas Heartbeat Law. Now the law will be litigated most assuredly all the way to the US Supreme Court.
There is no right to abortion but a license to kill an innocent preborn baby. Rights are given by God not government.
The Texas Heartbeat Law is also being used by pro-abortion advocates to sue Abortionist, Allan Braid in San Antonio.
Because the law is based on Citizens suing abortionists and anyone else who assisted taking advantage of a mom in crisis, not a government entity, most likely the law will prevail.
