San Pedro Creek’s Plethora Sculpture Stalled by Fabrication Issues

Over-budget: Bexar County Commissioners Court is using tax payer dollars to sponsor a statue of a pagan goddess, “Plethora,” violating the US Constitution, and the project can’t stay in budget. Now BCCC is looking for private money to come in and help.
