Satanic Temple Sues over Pro-Life Law
The Satanic Temple (TST) is suing the state of Indiana over its recently passed pro-life law, claiming the legislation infringes on the religious rights of Satanists.
“Members of TST hold the religious belief that an unwanted zygote, blastocyst, embryo, or nonviable fetus should be removed from the body of a pregnant woman,” the Temple stated in its lawsuit, which names Indiana Republican Gov. Eric Holcomb and Attorney General Todd Rokita as defendants.
