State Attorney General Warns Garland
A group of 13 state attorneys general warned U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland against investigating and prosecuting critics of child “gender transition” surgeries.
Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti led a letter to Garland on Wednesday, demanding the Biden administration “stand down” and not oblige several medical associations who have called on the Department of Justice to crack down on Americans who oppose subjecting children to sexual surgeries.
