SUPREME COURT HEARS FLAG CASE

The Supreme Court heard the case of a Christian group whose flag the City of Boston refused to allow in a space where they allowed numerous other kinds of flags, including one celebrating the LGBTQ movement.

After the justices heard oral arguments in the case, Andrew Chung of Reuters reported that the Court “leans toward” the position of the Christian group.

The CatholicVote Education Fund filed an amicus brief in support of the complainants in November 2021.
