Texas AG Paxton Sues HHS
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has sued the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for intervening to promote abortions in the pro-life state.
The Biden administration’s response to the fall of Roe vs. Wade “is to attempt to use federal law to transform every emergency room in the country into a walk-in abortion clinic,” the lawsuit states.
