Judge Joseph Goodwin, a Bill Clinton appointee of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, placed an injunction on a West Virginia law that prevents biological males from playing girls’ sports. The injunction will now allow a biological male to compete on a girls’ cross country team.
