Judge Swipes at Visa Over Child Porn

A federal judge ruled on Friday that it was reasonable to conclude that Visa knowingly “intended to help monetize child pornography” by partnering with leading pornographic websites charged with hosting the criminal content.

The websites were “teeming with monetized child porn,” wrote U.S. District Judge Cormac Carney, and “Visa knew” it.
